This project created by The Edmond de Rothschild Foundations and the Fundación Teatro Joven seeks to merge the experience of both foundations into a common mission: to promote ethnic diversity_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_in the performing arts as a way to build freer, more egalitarian and supportive societies. RAZAS proposes a series of measures aimed at promoting ethnic diversity in the performing arts both in the stalls and on the stages.

Theoretical-practical workshop directed by Silvia de Marta. Cuatro weekends to create a theatrical space from the study of everyday objects.

At LaJoven we are looking for people between 18 and 30 years old who want to work with us and join this project.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with great leading artists of the Performing Arts in Spain, in addition to being part of the mission of spreading our passion for theater to young people. The press and the profession consider this project as one of the ones with the greatest projection at the national level.
Requirements: Be between 18 and 30 years old. Be studying or have completed studies related to the desired area of work.
INTERPRETATION
The cast that is part of LaJoven is composed by more than 20 actors and actresses each season.
The selection of new members of the cast is carried out through interviews and workshops that are convened punctually, inviting people from among the applications received.

AND TECHNICIANS
All the artistic and technical sections of LaJoven are directed by great theater professionals. In each production new teams are formed in the artistic sections. Some of the designers and professionals who work at LaJoven are Juan Gómez-Cornejo, Silvia de Marta, Juanjo Llorens, Sara Álvarez, Álvaro Luna, Luis Delgado, in the artistic departments or José Luis Collado, Olga Reguilón o David Elcano in the technical areas.
