"All or Nothing" is both a fable and a tale about growing up and venturing into a world that has betrayed. With the help of a storyteller, the two different stories unravel before us, and it all begins with the Great Apocalypse, the end of the world. We follow eleven young people who, after the Apocalypse, are the only survivors. They have lost everything, especially the security they had in their family and friends. One by one, they are forced to venture out into an unknown, new world. There, they find new friends and form new alliances that eventually merge into a new family, and they find an abandoned house in a forest where they settle, or perhaps dream of settling.

Together, they now find their common story and form bonds with each other, and the hope for a brighter new world begins to blossom. But in the shadows lurk threats, darkness, and the void. The young people struggle to keep the darkness from seeping in between them, and the community breaks apart once again. Perhaps it was all just an illusion, a fairy tale, from the beginning.

Parallel to the story of the young people, we also tell the mythological fable of the Panda, the Dragon, and the Rat. The three animals that once ruled and dominated the world but also caused its downfall. The two stories blend together and become one; perhaps they were the same story all along?
