The play narrates the journey of a group of young French individuals who travel to Barbados to create a docu-fiction about the life of Tituba, a Black slave unjustly condemned during the Salem witch trials in the 17th century. This collective adventure, not without love stories within the troupe, is also deeply intertwined with the struggles to preserve the island's ecological balance and to combat racism and gender inequalities. Beyond the mere production of the film, they must also confront or negotiate with various forces at play (media, cultural, economic). The play explores the troupe's creativity and resourcefulness in facing artistic and technical constraints, as well as their engagement with the island's ecological and political struggles.
